Tomorrow I return to the States
in 2 months I will own my first apartment in New York City
in 3 months I will be in clinicals, wearing scrubs, saving lives
when did I grow up?
Today in my Politics class we learned that the cigarette was introduced to women as a tool for the feminist movement. The cigarette “represents a penis,” therefore giving women who smoke the “same” genitalia as men. As a result, the cigarette for women represents power,control, and equality.
